This type of session also includes trigger point therapy, myofascial unwinding, etcetera. This technique assesses the functionality of the body, the capacity for movement with ease.
This is the most efficient modality for situations of pain, muscle or area weakness and chronic discomfort. Usually received with clothes on.
Many clients choose to have an additional 30 minutes of swedish or deep tissue for relaxation.
